Tuesday Toss Up - The Human Knot

I'm gonna start going along with GiBee on her Tuesday Toss Up. I'm gonna start next week on my other site, but I thought I'd do a fun one on this site for this week because I had a devo that I wanted to post on the other one today. So the deal with Tuesday Toss Up is that I give you a quote, and you give me the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of the quote. Whether it's long or short or whatever. I want to see those comments people!! So here's the quote:

"I'm all tied up in knots."

Later on today I'll post a funny story about what this quote means to me!

The first thing that comes to my mind is those cartoons of goofy, and how he gets "all tied up in knots" and then he just swivels himself out of the knots!

Isn't funny how, sometimes in our life, we allow even the silliest thing to tie us up in knots? And we walk around in these knots for DAYS, wondering what we can do about them ... when all we have to do is give it to our Maker, and he will release us from all those tight, constricting knots we create!

I don't know about you, but I prefer to be "swiveled out of my knots" by my loving and caring Father, than walk around all tied up because of my own silliness!

Good quote, Heather!!!

I think about a game we used to play in P.E. You stand in a circle and you have to grab the hand of two people across the circle from you. By the time everyone grabs two people's hands, you're "all tied up in knots." The point of the game is to "untie" yourselves without "breaking" the knots until you have a clean circle again. It's pretty hard to do. Can't wait to hear your funny story!

All tied up in knots usually means flutterby's and excitement in my tummy and in my heart...my husband coming home can do that to me...it's usually all good to me (thought I know for some others it's more about being nervous/anxious)
